Phobos Halloween Nights is a true declaration of love for the spookiest holiday of the year: Halloween! The most terrifying and immersive Halloween event in Italy. It will take place in Bussolengo, in the province of Verona. The event will be held on 31 October and 1 November 2025, with 5 Haunted Houses, a Food & Drink Zone, horror shows and entertainment, with more than 50 terrifying performers.

The location involves the entire Montresor Hotel Tower in Via Mantegna 30/b, Bussolengo (VR).

The event will take place on 31 October and 1 November 2025, from 6 p.m. to midnight. The ticket offices for converting tickets purchased online will open at 6 p.m. Our attractions will open at 6.30 p.m., and access to the queues will end at 11.30 p.m., after which the queues will be cleared.

There will be five Haunted Houses available!

Unlike an Escape Room, a Haunted House (or rather a 'Horror Walkthrough') consists of a more or less long route through a series of rooms containing scenographic elements designed to frighten visitors. These elements can be dioramas, special effects, sound or lighting effects, or specially modified furnishings; they may also be accompanied by animatronics and/or specially made-up actors.

Yes, there will be lots of food trucks, beer stands and a Horror Bar serving delicious cocktails. Consumations are not included in the ticket price and must be paid separately.

Our performers will terrify and surprise you, especially when you least expect it! During the evening, you will also find:
Terrobus
An authentic decommissioned bus will host an exclusive Hard Techno music event. The space will be equipped with a high-powered sound system and a sophisticated dynamic lighting system, offering an immersive experience. The line-up will be announced shortly.

Muscle.VI
In collaboration with the renowned US car club Muscle.VI, an area dedicated to iconic American V8 cars will be set up. The layout, with attention to detail in keeping with the atmosphere of the event, will bring the true American atmosphere to life.

Shows
Throughout both days, the programme will be enriched by numerous live shows. The performances, selected to enhance the atmosphere of the event, will accompany visitors with moments of great visual and emotional impact.

Photo Point
We have created spectacular and disturbing Photo Points: you can capture yourself in blood-stained rooms, dark rituals, metal cages and disturbing presences.

The duration of the Haunted House depends both on how the customer approaches it and on the setting reproduced. The standard duration is approximately 10 minutes. We strongly advise against rushing through it, as this would defeat the purpose.

It is mandatory to purchase one of the three tickets (BASIC, STANDARD or VIP). It is important to note that by purchasing in advance, you will receive a discounted price. Tickets for individual activities can also be purchased on site, subject to availability and at a higher price. Tickets purchased online must be exchanged at the ticket office in the hotel lobby.

Access to the Haunted House will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, there is also a FAST PASS lane, which allows you to skip the normal queue and enjoy the attractions with priority access. This lane is reserved for visitors with VIP tickets.

For those who want to extend the Halloween atmosphere beyond the main event, an exclusive after party will be organised, designed to offer an even more intense and evocative night-time experience. The after party will take place only on the night of 31 October, in dedicated locations, and will be the perfect opportunity to continue enjoying the most anticipated night of the year with electronic music, immersive scenery and selected performances. Please note that access to the after parties is not included in Basic, Standard or VIP tickets. To participate, you will need to purchase an additional ticket, available in advance in limited quantities.

You can book a room directly at the hotel where the entire event is taking place, the Montresor Hotel Tower in Bussolengo. To book a room at the Montresor Hotel Tower, the system will ask you to select it when purchasing your ticket. The rate includes a hearty breakfast and late check-out by 12 noon (instead of 10 a.m.).

PHN25 is prohibited to children under 14 years of age due to the themes covered and the nature of the attractions, the presence of high volumes, scenic impacts, strobe lights, screams, etc. Access is permitted to children under 14 years of age provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Yes, we accept credit and debit cards when purchasing tickets online.

No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation or no-show. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or relative, but you must notify us of the change in advance. You can purchase purchase protection when booking. You will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Advance booking fees and purchase protection are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable. Purchase Protection is an optional service that allows customers, upon payment of an additional fee, to request a refund if they are unable to attend the PHOBOS HALLOWEEN NIGHTS 2025 event for serious and documentable reasons ( ). The refund will cover the full amount of the tickets purchased (excluding the cost of the Protection itself), subject to verification and approval by the organisation.
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases, with proper documentation:
- Sudden illness, accident or certified medical condition that prevents participation.
- Direct family bereavement (parents, siblings, partners or children).
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Personal change of mind or lack of interest.
- Bad weather, strikes, minor inconveniences or lack of accompanying persons.
- Errors in booking or failure to use the ticket.
- Failure to submit supporting documents within the deadline.
The request must be sent no later than 6 p.m. on the day before the event, attaching:
- Order number and name.
- Official documentation certifying the reason for cancellation.

The nearest railway station is Porta Nuova (VR). It is located 13.3 km from the main location. ATV Verona offers a regular bus service connecting the centre and Verona railway station with Bussolengo. The most convenient stop in Bussolengo to reach us is Bussolengo Centro Commerciale. It is important to check the timetables carefully, especially at night.

A short walk from the hotel, there is a shopping centre with a large free car park. We advise you not to leave any valuables in your vehicle.

No. Under no circumstances may you touch the actors, sets or scenes inside the attractions. Breaking this rule may result in expulsion. Those who are expelled will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to return on any other day.

In some situations where the visitor consents, actors may interact with them by touching them or subjecting them to certain interactions. Under no circumstances will you be touched if you do not want to be.

If someone gets too scared, there are emergency exits in all attractions. It is essential that children under 14 are always accompanied by an adult; therefore, if a child decides to leave, the adult must also leave. If an adult is in charge of a group of children and one of them decides to leave, the entire group must leave the attraction.

Some of the Haunted Houses are accessible to wheelchair users. Visitors in wheelchairs are entitled to free access to the accessible Haunted Houses, upon notification at the event ticket office.

Yes, there are strobe lights, loud noises and smoke machines. These elements are known to cause epileptic seizures. We have emergency exits in all Haunted Houses.

We do not recommend this activity for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular problems, respiratory problems or, in general, health problems. All visitors access our attractions at their own risk.

The Haunted Houses are fully accessible even in case of rain. We recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat for waiting in some queues before entering the attractions. In case of adverse weather conditions, the management reserves the right to cancel one or more Haunted Houses if deemed necessary for safety reasons. No refunds will be given.

Most queues have shelter from the rain, but in the event of long queues, part of the queue may not be covered. All Haunted Houses are indoors, so we recommend that you plan accordingly in case of bad weather. We also recommend that you wear appropriate clothing and check the weather forecast.

No photos or videos are allowed inside the Haunted Houses. However, you can take as many photos and videos as you like outside the Haunted Houses, in the Games Zone and in the Food & Drink Zone. If anyone is found filming or taking unauthorised photos inside one of the Haunted Houses, they will be expelled without refund or re-entry.

Yes, there will be security personnel.

Yes. Management reserves the right to expel anyone. It is not permitted to use foul language, touch actors, sets or scenes, fight, carry weapons of any kind, be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engage in inappropriate or illegal behaviour. Those who are expelled will not receive a refund and will not be allowed to return on any other day.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted in any other areas.

Dress appropriately for the weather and the event. Sandals, heels, flip-flops or open shoes are not recommended. It is also not recommended to wear earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches... Under no circumstances will the organisation be responsible for items lost or damaged during our activities.

Absolutely YES. Under no circumstances will the organisation be responsible for costumes worn.

The management reserves the right to cancel any day of the event if it deems it necessary or due to circumstances beyond its control, without any refund.
