Basement
The Tower Hotel was once just a motel on the outskirts of town. In the 1980s, following bankruptcy, it was renovated and transformed into the current TOWER HOTEL. The building changed its appearance, but part of it remained hidden: the basement, the original underground rooms, were completely walled up. No one has ever managed to get inside. Legend has it that a family lived there who brought the motel to ruin... And that it was directly linked to the deaths of over 74 people over the years. Since the renovation, nothing more has been heard of that family. No one has seen them, no one has looked for them. Now, for the first time, the Tower Hotel is opening the doors to its basement.

The spot
In 2023, content creator Kreavysum, filmmaker and content creator, suddenly abandons his creative studio. That space, where he had spent most of his life, had become his headquarters. But something had changed. During November 2023, Kreavysum documented unexplained phenomena: objects moving on their own, sounds picked up by microphones, faces reflected in windows where no one was present. After a long investigation, he came to a disturbing conclusion: the building stands on a site linked to dark events in the early 20th century. Deaths, disappearances, cover-ups. He decided to leave everything behind. Since then, the studio has remained closed. Today, the building is for sale and an open house has been organised where you too can visit it.
Phobika
Welcome to PHOBIKA, the circus without an audience... where the clowns have exterminated the spectators and now only play with those brave enough to enter. Smoke is everywhere—it enters your lungs, burns your eyes, and destroys your sense of direction. Every step is a mistake. The speakers blast distorted dubstep, beats that make your blood race, while dozens of painted figures move in the shadows, laughing with mouths too wide to be human. There are no emergency exits here, only cruel games, deception, and the hunt for visitors. In PHOBIKA, clowns don't put on a show. They make selections.
